3. Pull: Use both hands to pull the folds of the Three-Layer Protective Mask up and down, so that the Three-Layer Protective Mask can completely cover the nose, mouth and chin.

4. Press: Finally, press the metal strips on both sides of the bridge of the nose with the index fingers of both hands, so that the upper end of the Three-Layer Protective Mask can be close to the bridge of the nose.

1. Do not reuse the one-time Three-Layer Protective Mask. -Generally, it needs to be replaced once every 6~8 hours.

2. The outer layer of the Three-Layer Protective Mask often accumulates a lot of dust, bacteria and other dirt in the outside air, while the inner layer blocks the exhaled bacteria and saliva. Therefore, the two sides cannot be used interchangeably, otherwise the outer layer will be contaminated. Dirt is inhaled into the human body when it directly adheres to the face, and becomes a source of infection.

3. When the Three-Layer Protective Mask is not worn, it should be folded and put into a clean envelope, and the side close to the mouth and nose should be folded inwards, and should not be stuffed into the pocket or hung around the neck.

4. If the Three-Layer Protective Mask is wetted by exhaled heat or saliva, its effect of blocking germs will be greatly reduced. Therefore, it is best to prepare a few more Three-Layer Protective Masks for replacement.

5. If it is in a high-risk place such as a hospital, no matter how long it is used, once the Three-Layer Protective Mask is removed, do not use it again, so as to avoid contamination by touching the Three-Layer Protective Mask.

6. When wearing or removing the Three-Layer Protective Mask, the hands may be exposed to the bacteria attached to the surface of the Three-Layer Protective Mask. In order to reduce the chance of infection due to contact, special attention should be paid to the cleaning and disinfection of the hands.

7. After taking off the Three-Layer Protective Mask, put it in an adhesive tape or paper bag and wrap it, then put it in a covered trash can and discard it, and wash your hands in time.
